BRUNETTE SPIRIT has delivered another fine colt which has now been gelded. This young colt is recommended for the serious ASH competitor who is looking for a multi purpose prospect. His 1/2 sister, NEALES RIVER TEIRENETTE, was broken in the Jan 07 & ran a 2nd in her first draft at William Creek in mid September last year.TEIRRY is a very intelligent mare and she will be drafted more seriously after foaling.  A full brother to this colt has been started under saddle in the last 6mths. He has shown to be outstanding in temperment and desire.

BRUNETTE SPIRIT is by the well known BRUNETTE MARK who sired top quality campdrafters and station horses for the Fogarty family of Lucy Creek Station in the Northern Territory. BRUNETTE MARK is a son of one of Australia's early Quarter Horse imports, MENTIROSA* (by Rey Del Rancho). MENTIROSA*  was imported by King Ranch (Aust.) in 1967, but some years later, with the cutting success of his half brother, Rey Jay, under Buster Welch  the parent company in Texas took MENTIROSA*  back to the USA.  BRUNETTE SPIRIT drafted well in the Eastern states with Ted Fogarty and was retired due to a shoulder injury.
