| Babbiloora, Upper South East |
|
| In 2003, Babbiloora was acquired to relieve the pressures of drought conditions with the long term vision to maximise potential southern cattle markets that the Allandale cattle have suited so well over the years. Babbiloora is a diverse operation of predominately mixed grazing. Over the past 6 years Babbiloora has processed an average of 1200 cattle per year. Refencing the property was a priority and a substanial pasture renovation program has seen a marked improvement on the pre existing lucerne stands which has, in turn, increased hay and seed production opportunity when not required by Allandale. This property and it's pastures are a fine example of the diversity within the Upper South East region. Due to an increasing workload due to cattle umbers on the rise up at Allandale, Neil and Sally Daniel are now over seeing daily operations at Babbiloora. They bring a wealth of experience with them and are a valuable asset to our overall production. |
