For over a century the 1♥3 signature brand marks all stock bred by Neales River Livestock. Over the past 30 years Allandale has built a reputation for it's quality female herd which features some of South Australia's most prominent Poll Hereford stud breeders: ALLENDALE, DAYS WHITEFACE, KERLSON PINES, and NUNYAH PARK. In more recent times we have also introduced black Angus bulls into the breeder herd at Allandale. Bulls have been sourced from a variety of SA breeders including ROSELEIGH and NORANDA. It is widely acknowleged that the featured bloodlines are held in high regard throughout Australia.
Allandale has had substansial rains over the past six months and the country has responded with a growing season that has not been experienced for over a decade. The abundance of feed has seen the Allandale cattle flourish with maximum weight gain and as a result the lines of cattle available for sale are of excellent quality.

Offered cattle are in good condition and are a direct reflection of the excellent season on hand at Allandale. A percentage of cows (60-70%) have calves at foot and range upto 4mths of age. Cow's are station mated and are free running with poll hereford bulls from Days Whiteface, formerly Allendale Stud, Bordertown.

Heifers will be drafted into lines of Hereford and Angus X showing frame and type typical of Allandale females of the past. Milk tooth cattle will be drafted into weight ranges yet to be confirmed. Cattle have been based at Mount Penny and Babbiloora for the past 8 weeks.

All cattle will be mouthed on assessment. Estimated weights on these steers range from 300-400kg. These animals are soft and 'easy on the eye' and as a result they display quality confirmation and are in excellent condition. Cattle have been based at Mount Penny and Babbiloora over the past 8 weeks. |
